PLEASE NOTE: Phoebe will be on leave in July 2026, whilst online chat & weekly check-ins will run as normal, 1:1 appointments (this might be your final 30 minute check in) will need to fall in August 2026, after the conclusion of your program, or it can be brought earlier in your program (late June 2026).
✗ Herbal & nutritional supplements (the type/load varies from person to person but is absolutely essential for best results throughout your program). These will be prescribed on an individual basis by Phoebe, from Vital.ly & Ariya (Phoebe only prescribes certain practitioner-only brands, forms & dosages to get the best results). Supplements typically involve things like fish oils and personalised herbal tonics.
✗ Blood testing (required, however Medicare may be able to fully or partially cover what we require, out-of-pocket testing may be required to fill gaps via Iscreen)

✗ Optional, but not essential: Functional gut testing with Microba (if you are experiencing chronic gut issues, this may be recommended)

Here's everything you need to know!
Week 1 is the week of your initial consultation (Phoebe will email you to get you booked in for this ASAP once you sign up!) but you will have access to the Podia content as soon as you sign up so you can get going ASAP.
As soon as you book the program, you can access the course content, there is an intro video about testing which explains the process so you can get the ball rolling ASAP!
It is not advised to participate if you are trying to fall pregnant within the 12 weeks.

Yes. However, keep in mind, if you come off a medication for acne during your program, your skin may still go through a rebound purge as a result of medication withdrawal.
If you follow the guidelines, lifestyle, diet and supplement advice closely, you are bound to see changes in your skin in 12 weeks. The level of turnaround in your skin in the 12 weeks depends on many factors (compliance, severity, how long you’ve had the acne) so results are not guaranteed.
Results vary from person to person, but many women start to see improvements in their skin clarity within the first month. Full rebalancing of internal body systems (gut, hormones, nervous system) takes longer and a commitment to the entire program is required for best results.
You will leave equipped with the knowledge about how to help clear your skin and keep it clear! You have the option to continue with 1:1 appointments with Phoebe in her online clinic, if desired.
